National Trust’s Finlay joins Nest
Finlay (pictured) joined the National Trust in 2016 as director of data and insight, and prior to that held senior insight roles at Hovis and General Mills.
In the newly created role, Finlay will focus on how Nest uses data and insight for decision-making and establish an operating model for data to help the organisation understand the needs of its customers and employers.
She will report to Will Sandbrook, executive director of Nest Insight, a research unit within Nest Corporation.
Workplace pension scheme Nest was established in 2010 as part of the government’s pension automatic enrolment programme.
