New CEO named at GemSeek and cQuest
Tinchev (pictured) was one of the founding partners of cQuest Research & Consulting in 2011 before it became a subsidiary of GemSeek Group in 2014, and later became managing director of GemSeek.
He succeeds Glen Khouw, who will step down from the role on 31 December after four years at the helm of GemSeek, which was acquired by Future Thinking two years ago.
The move follows the appointment of Jim Stevenson as group chief executive of Future Thinking last month.
The company has also formed a new senior management team for cQuest and GemSeek, comprised of Borislav Domuschiev, managing director at cQuest, Kaloyan Stefanov, managing director of data science and data analytics at GemSeek, and Ivaylo Yorgov, GemSeek managing director of commercial research.
Stevenson said: "Petko’s knowledge and experience of the organisation make him ideally placed to drive its future success. His appointment as chief executive is testament to the pivotal role he has played in helping to transform GemSeek into a digital company with an increasingly innovative product portfolio."
He added: "I would also like to express my, and the board’s gratitude to Glen for his commitment to the group. Over the past two and a half years he has played a central role in helping to align GemSeek within the Future Thinking Group."
