In the role, Mainwaring will be responsible for leading and coordinating Delineate’s efforts to further expand its technology and operations centre in Newcastle Emlyn, Wales.

Opened in 2019, the operations centre was aimed at supporting the business with recruitment, training and technology infrastructure in the region. Delineate also has offices in London and New York.

Since the launch of the centre, the team there has grown to over 20 members of staff. With the new role, Delineate aims to increase focus on the training and retention of our existing team, and attracting new staff.

Mainwaring joined Delineate as chief of staff in 2019.

Ben Leet, chief executive, Delineate, said: “Creating this strategic role will allow Delineate to accelerate our growth in the region even more quickly, especially with support from the Welsh government, local councils and universities, and we could not be more delighted that Ché has taken on this role.”
