New hires at The Behavioural Architects
Dipesh Mistry joins the company as a senior strategic consultant with a remit to work on the quantitative side of the business. Mistry has previously worked at Northstar Research and held consultant roles at Flood & Partners and Truth Consulting.
The company has also appointed Alisa Hearns as a strategic consultant. Hearns joins from Hall & Partners, where she worked in both the health and consumer divisions.
Sophie Ainsworth and Veronica Beecham have also been appointed as junior strategic consultants. Ainsworth joins the company from Enders Analysis, and Beecham has previously worked for startup companies Pip & Nut and Ember Foods.
Gill O’Hanlon, UK managing partner, The Behavioural Architects, said: “The challenging 2020 has clearly shown the power of behavioural science to help clients navigate a complex world and we are seeing significant growth around the world. We are delighted to have attracted four extremely talented individuals to further our growth”.
