Ogilvy invests in Brazilian performance marketing agency

BRAZIL — WPP’s marketing communications agency Ogilvy has acquired a majority stake in Jüssi, an online performance, programmatic and conversion marketing agency in Brazil.

Jüssi’s clients include Amazon, Decathlon, FNAC, Google, LinkedIn and Terra. It will be part of the Ogilvy Group in Brazil (Ogilvy & Mather, David Agency, Nine, Etco and Foster) and will continue to operate under the Jüssi name.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
