The company is planning to expand its operations to include sub-Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe in 2020, building on its existing operations in North Africa.

Cartallier (pictured) will lead this international expansion through new hubs that will offer clients local and multi-country market research services. He will report to president Hugues Cazenave.

Cartallier began his career in consulting and marketing at various agencies including McCann and Havas Media, and since 2008 has worked in international development in Central Africa, North Africa and the Middle East.

Cazenave said: “Creating this new structure led by Philippe Cartallier is part of our ambition to help clients in growth markets take quick and effective action, using a set of studies specifically designed for them.”
