Progressive completes purchase of Pyramid Research
UK — Progressive Digital Media has completed its acquisition of business information provider Pyramid Research.
The deal, announced in December, was worth $3.3m. It closed yesterday.
Pyramid provides business information and market analysis to the ICT industry, and has offices in London, Boston and Argentina. It was previously part of the media group UBM.
