Anderson (pictured) and Gonzales will replace outgoing non-executive chair Linda Jenkinson and non-executive director, Albert Hitchcock, and will be considered independent directors.

Jenkinson was appointed as chair of Pureprofile a year ago.

Anderson was chief executive at MediaWorks NZ until 2020 and has held non-executive roles at Villa Maria Estate and Ooh Media. He was chair of Australia’s TV measurement body OzTAM for six years between 2011 and 2017.

Gonzalez was previously chief executive of Kantar Insights for North Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. He is currently the head of corporate development and strategy at Geoscape Australia, a non-executive director at Adgile Media, and holds an advisory role as a member of the board of advisers at Quilt.AI.

Martin Filz, managing director, Pureprofile, said: "I am pleased to welcome Michael and Adrian to the board. I expect that their extensive backgrounds and relationships across the market research and data and insights industries will prove valuable in supporting the company through the next stage of its growth."
