QRCA and Rybbon agree benefits deal
Rybbon runs an automated digital rewards platform, which allows researchers to manage their incentives programmes for research participants online.
The platform works across focus groups, in-depth interviews, participant observation and surveys, among other forms of qualitative research.
The partnership will allow QRCA members to get a discount on Rybbon’s team and enterprise plans and a subsidy towatds their QRCA renewal if they become new Rybbon customers.
Rybbon customers will also receive a subsidy for QRCA membership, if they are not already members.
Caroline Volpe, president of QRCA, said: “Our membership can benefit from Rybbon’s ongoing innovation in their category. We are confident they can bring demonstrable value to our membership.”
Jignesh Shah, chief executive at Rybbon, said: “We look forward to making incentives management easier for QRCA members, while creating a better reward experience for their participants.”
