Qualtrics upgrades enterprise insight platform

US – Customer experience management business Qualtrics has released CoreXM, its updated insight tool for experience management (EX).

CoreXM adds functionality on Qualtrics’ existing Research Core™ to help EX professionals analyse vast amounts of experience data, improve feedback quality, and act on insights in real-time.

Existing Research Core customers will be automatically be transferred onto CoreXM where they will have access to everything previously available in Research Core along with AI-powered data quality checks, customisable XM workflows, upgraded governance controls and built in conjoint analysis.

CoreXM is the foundation of experience management.
