Rathore appointed client VP at BoltChatAI

UK – Consumer intelligence business Bolt Insight has appointed Vatsala Rathore, formerly of Streetbees, as client vice president for its qualitative research platform BoltChatAI.

Rathore (pictured) has a background in quantitative and qualitative research, brand strategy and innovation. She was previously vice-president of client solutions at Streetbees and has also held roles at TNS and strategy consultancy Butterfly.

Hakan Yurdakul, chief executive, BoltChatAI, said: "Vatsala brings a wealth of experience in market research, brand strategy and consumer insights. Her ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable strategies is second to none. With her expertise, we’re strengthening our ability to help brands not just collect insights but truly understand and act on them.”

Rathore’s appointment comes as BoltChatAI introduces user experience (UX) testing to its platform. The new offer allows brands to integrate UX testing into their conversational research, to evaluate websites, digital products and user journeys.

Bolt Insight said the approach differed from traditional UX testing as it is embedded within the BoltChatAI platform’s chat guides, meaning users can collect feedback while respondents complete tasks.
