RDA Group reports 9% rise in annual revenue

The agency said it had grown nearly 50% over the last five years, primarily through client diversification and the launch of its Quality Feedback System – an automotive research platform that tracks vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
“We have been delighted with the positive response we have received from the automotive community and look forward to adding new clients to the program,” said Don Pietrowski, president of the RDA Group.
