Red C appoints director
In his new role, McGhee (pictured) will also have a remit to further develop Red C’s strategic planning work.
Before taking up his new post, McGhee was planning director at Kantar, where he worked with fast-moving consumer goods and services clients and worked across product configuration, communications and brand strategy.
Other prior roles have included a decade spent in Dublin as head of planning for lagers at Diageo, time as senior consultant at Pfour, part of WPP, and as a planner at Bates, part of Saatchi group.
Red C has also hired Aya Sako as research project manager and Patrick McHugh as data visualisation exec from Kantar’s recently closed business in the Republic of Ireland.
Richard Colwell, chief executive at Red C, said: “We are confident that Robin’s extensive experience and skill set will enhance Red C’s offerings in both Ireland and the UK.
“His expertise in strategic planning and strong qualitative skills will reinforce and broaden our capabilities, ensuring that we continue to drive growth and action for our clients.”
