Research consultancy PunkMRX established
PunkMRX specialises in working with clients to integrate market research innovations and research technology (restech) into their systems.
Based in London, the consultancy’s services include partnering on conversational insight, synthetic data and AI studies, insight communities and strategy.
Founder Graeme Ford was global head of research innovation at YouGov from 2018 until earlier this year. In 2017, he co-founded audience conversation platform InConversation Media, later acquired by YouGov.
The wide range of restech options available can be challenging to navigate, said Ford. The consultancy aims to help clients to leverage approaches including white labelling.
Ford said: “At PunkMRX, our primary focus is on ensuring that new innovations in market research are intelligently integrated into a client’s existing operational and service model, eliminating the risk of creating expensive silos that become disconnected from their brand, mission, and core values.
“We are actively working with clients to help them strategically integrate advancements in conversational insight, AI, synthetic data, and mobile-first insight communities, enabling them to diversify their sales pipeline and enter new markets to drive sustainable growth.”
