Research Now SSI and Reality Mine partner on behavioural tool

US – Digital market research and data business Research Now SSI has partnered with market research technology firm RealityMine to launch a tool combining passive and panel data.

The SamplePlus Meter uses RealityMine’s passive meter technology to bring together observed data from online web, app and search behaviour with Research Now SSI’s panel data, third-party datasets and profile attributes.

The tool offers marketers data to identify audiences and understand the customer’s path to purchase.

Jared Schiers, senior vice-president of product development at Research Now SSI, said: "Behavioural data allows us to observe people’s natural interactions with websites and apps as well as their media consumption. Our partnership with RealityMine expands our ability to provide reliable high-quality data to marketers and advertisers so they can understand where and how consumers search."

Luke Biggins, senior vice-president of client development at RealityMine, added: "We look forward to helping enhance [Research Now SSI's] first-party data products with real life digital behaviour."
