Rival Technologies launches AI tools for research platform
The additions include artificial intelligence (AI) and large language model (LLM) tools, including AI-driven insight summaries and tone and style suggestions to help boost conversational language styles.
Data visualisation has also been added to the platform, allowing users to create custom reports.
Branded ‘chat skins’ that can be customised to brand specifications and branded contact cards have been added to the platform.
Andrew Reid, founder and chief executive at Rival Technologies, said: “Advancements in AI are pushing market research into new and exciting realms.
“These early enhancements represent the first stage of long-term strategic plan to integrate AI deeper into our platform.”
