Ruffels leaves Samsung for GSK
Ruffels (pictured) joined Samsung in 2015. Prior to that, she spent over 20 years at Procter & Gamble in the UK and Switzerland, most recently as vice-president of global retail insights and innovation strategy.
She was elected to the Market Research Society’s main board in March 2018.
At GSK, Ruffels will be global head of consumer and business insights for the company’s consumer healthcare division. She takes up the position in October.
Marc Speichert, chief digital officer of GSK Consumer Healthcare, said: "Zoe has an incredible track record of delivery and thought leadership in the industry. She has established a great reputation assembling and leading world class teams in her prior roles at Samsung and P&G, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming her to the team.
"She will be a great catalyst to further embed our consumer and customer obsession, and data-driven decision making across the entire organisation."
