The deal will see S4 Capital transition into being a technology and innovation firm, while TheoremOne will be able to access to new capabilities in media, content, data and analytics.

TheoremOne will also work closely with S4 Capital-owned digital content and marketing firm Media.Monks following the merger.

TheoremOne will continue to operate autonomously and its leadership team will maintain operational control of the company, albeit reporting directly to S4 Capital’s executive committee.

Brim-DeForest will continue to serve as chief executive at TheoremOne, founder William Jessup will be head of services, and David Kullmann will be head of staffing and embedded teams.

Sir Martin Sorrell (pictured), executive chairman at S4 Capital, said: “We at S4 Capital are building a genuinely integrated offer for our clients comprising best-in-class technology services combined with content and data and digital media expertise.

“We are delighted to welcome Brady, Will, David, and their colleagues – their vision and ambition will no doubt be a great fit for us.”

Jessup said: “We are thrilled to embark on the next phase of TheoremOne’s growth and development with our partners at Media.Monks and S4Capital.”

Kullmann said: “We are excited to share our vision of disrupting the traditional consulting model with Media.Monks and S4 Capital.

“Together, we will leverage TheoremOne’s capabilities to drive technology-enabled enterprise transformation. This unique merger will deliver exponential value to our joint client portfolio and beyond.”
