Schlesinger Group buys Addison Research
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Addison Research operates in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, offering services including data collection, project management, study design and survey scripting.
The acquisition will bolster Schlesinger Group’s services in global computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), mystery shopping, intercept interviews and car clinics.
All Addison Research employees have joined Schlesinger Group and the integration of the two companies’ services will begin in the second quarter of 2021. The financial terms have not been disclosed.
The deal follows Schlesinger’s acquisitions of 20|20 Research and Market Cube in 2020.
Mike Sullivan, president, Schlesinger Group, said: “Addison’s talented team, operational capabilities, and high-quality deliverables augment our shared panel, recruiting, and project management services.”
Imran Khan, partner, Addison Research (pictured), added: “Schlesinger Group’s capabilities including high-performing online qualitative platforms, advanced programmatic quantitative technology, premier research and testing spaces, and global reach are hugely beneficial for our clients.”
