Schlesinger names former Unilever EVP as board member

UK – International data and research services company Schlesinger Group has appointed Stan Sthanunathan to its board of directors.

Sthanunathan (pictured) is a retired former executive vice-president of consumer and market insights at Unilever, and is the eighth member of Schlesinger’s board.

Before Unilever, Sthanunathan was at Coca-Cola in various roles over a 16-year period, including global vice-president – marketing strategy and insights.

In his role as board member, Sthanunathan will advise Schlesinger Group on go-to-market strategies, technology innovation and support global growth.

Steve Schlesinger, chief executive of Schlesinger Group, said: “I could not be more confident in the impact Stan’s perspectives will have for our team and our clients.

“The board looks forward to drawing upon his strategic insight, vast industry expertise, and human-first approach at this critical point in our company’s journey.”
