Search agency Rise at Seven opens New York office
Set up in Sheffield and now with offices in London, Manchester and the US, Rise combines content marketing and digital PR strategies with technical search engine optimisation expertise. Set up by former Edit and Branded3 employees Carrie Rose and Stephen Kenwright in June 2019, the ethos of the company is to work with people who “want to get a head-start on everyone else, want results they can’t wait to show their boss, and want to work on campaigns they can’t wait to show their mum”.
The agency employs a team of more than 110 staff across its four offices and offers SEO, content marketing and creative services to clients around the world, including PrettyLittleThing, Boohoo, Nasty Gal, Parkdean Resorts and Club Med.
While the agency originally planned to set up its US base in Chicago, New York felt more of a natural fit, according to co-founder and CEO Rose. She commented: “From the culture and energy to the type of the clients [we] work with, we wanted to make noise in the heart of Manhattan.”
She added: “Having a creative office space available to every Riser is pivotal in Rise at Seven’s ongoing global expansion. [The agency] will be hiring Risers remotely across the East Coast as [we] grow, with key hires in New York City to build out [our] base.”
