Shepper launches business feedback service

UK – Data collection and mystery shopping app Shepper has introduced a service allowing UK businesses to put out requests to the company’s database of participants.

Shepper has a network of ‘data collectors’ and members in the UK, who use the company’s app to check in-store physical data points including product presence, position, promotion and pricing.

The new service will connect businesses directly with this group of people to collect feedback.

Lindsay Forster, chief executive, Shepper, said the tool will “speed up the process of product and promotion checks”.

Forster said: “Real-time feedback should not be reserved for online marketing and campaigns, especially as physical shopping experiences remain so important to consumers. Digital shopping has advanced leaps and bounds over the past decade, so it’s time physical shopping caught up.”
