The US shopper marketing consultancy has appointed former Ogilvy & Mather and ChaseDesign executive Peter Cloutier (pictured) to the role as director of its New York office.

It has also appointed strategic sales and business development expert Shane Schultz as business development manager at its Chicago office.

The new hires follow several key hires and promotions at Behaviorally last year including that of Brent Snider, managing director of global business development.

Speaking of the new appointments, Snider said the pair would be “instrumental” in driving growth.

Snider said: "Their wealth of experience and strategic acumen will be instrumental in accelerating our business development efforts and unlocking new opportunities for expansion within our core business and other key vertical spaces: Health & Wellness, Technology, Retail and Alcohol."

In their new roles, the pair will help expand Behaviorally’s business development initiatives, leveraging their experience to try and identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Cloutier has over 20 years of leadership experience in business development and has also held roles at Epsilon and Catapult.

The US marketing consultancy said his experience in new client acquisition, strategic planning, and relationship management will be “invaluable” in moving the business forward.

Schultz has over 10 years of experience in strategic sales and business development and has previously worked at Mara Group, inriver, and Knighthouse Media.
