SoapBoxSample announces promotions
Mike Chavarria (pictured), who has held the role of director of business development at the business since 2014, has been promoted to vice-president of business development.
Valerie Hanson, who joined as the first employee of the company’s full service department in 2014 following its acquisition of ClickIQ’s panel, has been appointed as senior research director.
The promotions follow a spate of hires for the business. Jacqueline Rosales, chief operating officer, said the recent staff expansion “allows the company to focus on optimising new products and services”.
The company acquired community insights platform icanmakeitbetter early in 2017. The company says it has been focused on enhancing its passive metering technology, MySoapBox, in 2017.
