Syno International and PureSpectrum agree partnership

US – Market research technology company PureSpectrum has partnered with consumer insights collection and processing business Syno International on supporting measurement and campaign tracking.

The agreement will see Syno International use PureSpectrum’s technology to streamline data collection and improve measurement efficiency, including PureScore 4.0, PureSpectrum’s AI respondent scoring system.

Heather Hughes, senior vice-president data solutions at Syno International, said: “Quality is critical to effective measurement, and PureSpectrum’s technology allows us to deliver on that promise.

“Since utilising PureSpectrum, we’ve seen a significant improvement in response quality, with fewer removals and a more streamlined data collection process. This efficiency allows us to provide our clients with reliable insights quicker.”
