The Behavioural Architects promotes Ben Jones to lead AI product innovation
Jones joined The Behavioural Architects in London in 2017, having spent two years prior to that in the company’s Sydney office.
Jones is leading the development of a new AI-led behavioural science product, currently in beta testing. The Behavioural Architects is planning to launch the tool in the second quarter of the year.
Crawford Hollingworth, global chairman, said: "Over the years, TBA has built an extensive behavioural science IP library, housed in our data hub. We've long recognised AI’s potential to unlock the true value of this resource when applied with behavioural science (BeSci) knowledge in a smart, cost-effective way. Thanks to Ben and his team, we have developed a BeSci AI tool that continues to evolve and grow in power every day."
Ben Jones, director & AI product innovation lead, said the move to integrate AI with the company’s BeSci IP, alongside the company’s expertise, would allow it to “apply expert knowledge more quickly and proficiently, benefiting more clients with high-impact solutions”.
