Woodgate has experience in programming, content creation and media research and will oversee the research solutions team, working closely with brands, media buyers and content creators and providing strategic advice based on media consumption patterns and emerging trends.

Before joining The Insights Family, Woodgate worked as senior vice-president media insights at Dubit and has prior experience at Emap, Guardian Media Group and BBC Worldwide.

Stephen Finch (pictured centre right) has also joined as vice-president of product. Finch has 13 years of experience in product management, including a significant tenure at Dunnhumby.

Sophie Tanner (pictured centre left) has become vice-president of marketing, having previously worked at Thomson Reuters and The Business of Fashion.

Andrew Roocroft (pictured far left) has been hired as vice-president of finance, having worked most recently at Gartner Magic Quadrant software businesses Blue Prism and Dematic Software.

Victoria Cookson has been named people and culture manager, with prior experience at Resonance Labs and Havas Lynx.

The new hires follow further investment in the company’s data science and technology capabilities, to help strengthen The Insights Family’s ability to provide organisations with insights into the children and family ecosystem.

Tom Williams, chief executive at The Insights Family, said: “We are strongly committed to attracting top talent in the region, with each person bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our business.

“Together with the great team we already have in place here, they will enable us to enhance our product development capabilities, drive business growth and further recruit the best talent.”
