Twitter launches partner programme for analytics firms

US— Twitter has rolled out a certified products programme to work with service providers that use its data to help companies engage with customers and understand what people are saying about them.

The programme launches with 12 partners in three product categories: engagement, analytics and data reselling.

Launch partners include Attensity, Crimson Hexagon, DataSift, Radian6 and Topsy.

Business development manager Doug Williams said: “We’re working closely with this group of partners to help shape their products to fit the needs we hear about from our brand, publishing and media partners. We look forward to adding more partners to the programme, especially as developers continue to invest in these areas.”
