Thew (pictured left) was previously director of commercial strategy at Kantar Consulting. As director at Truth, she will be tasked with helping develop its quantitative work and implement best practice techniques.

Bufi (pictured right) joins the company as head of analytics. He was previously analytics manager at KPMG.
