Unlimited launches Covid-19 recovery toolkit
The four-step framework will be based on Realise Unlimited’s data and analytics, combined with Walnut Unlimited’s findings from its monthly survey on consumer attitudes and behaviours, in addition to existing behavioural data and clients’ customer data.
The plan will recommend what approaches brands should take around product, price, promotion, place and customers.
Tim Hassett, chief executive at Unlimited, said: “It’s imperative brands get under the skin of their customers during this time to ensure they remain empathetic, commercially focused and come out the other side positively. This 4-step reactivation plan focusses on unpicking the new normal and provides a quick route to recover rapidly and with the customer front and centre.”
