Unlimited appoints CTO

UK – Insights and marketing company Unlimited has hired John Cunningham as chief technology officer.

Cunningham (pictured) will lead Unlimited’s technology work across its four main divisions: marketing, communications, insight and analytics, and digital. He will report to the company’s chief executive, Tim Hassett.

Before joining Unlimited, Cunningham was at Wunderman Thompson, where he was chief technology officer for its Europe, Middle East and Africa group. He was in the role for three years.

Other roles in his career have included positions at agencies such as Possible, Razorfish, Rosetta, Pixelpark and Yahoo!.

Hassett said: “John’s appointment is another important milestone in delivering data-driven solutions that build our clients’ businesses. With his technical expertise and in-depth understanding of our industry, he will help us explore new ways to leverage our tech knowledge and drive future growth for clients.”
