Verve and Alida partner on CX initiatives

UK – Experience management specialist Alida has selected community panels and digital research agency Verve as its first premium partner.

As part of the Alida Partner Network, Verve will deliver customer experience (CX) and insights to organisations across the world. Alida’s premium partnership tier is for companies who have a high level of expertise with Alida tools and have achieved a “strong standing” with new business. 

Verve supports its clients through developing a range of products, services and experiences, informing brand strategy and creating relevant communications for their CX initiatives.

Together with Alida’s TXM platform, Verve aims to help companies “capture the voice of their customers to inform business growth and innovation”.

The Alida Partner Network allows growth for organisations of all sizes by providing the software, enablement and support needed to put customers’ plans into action.

As a global operator when it comes to building online communities for continuing customer feedback, partners entrust Alida’s software to “help them deliver powerful insights and a competitive advantage for their clients”, according to the Toronto-based firm.

“Alida provides great software and Verve provides great services,” said Andrew Cooper, chief executive and founder at Verve.
