Verve expands UK, US and Australia teams

UK – Culture and digital insight company Verve has made five senior hires across its operations in London, Chicago and Sydney.

Katrien Gunn

Katrien Gunn (pictured) and Rachel Skry have joined Verve’s London office as director and associate director respectively.

Gunn joins the business from Incling, where she worked within the management team as a director, and prior to that held various roles at C Space. She will focus on key client accounts and assist in developing the company’s user experience offer.

Skry joins the business from Ipsos, where she was a director in the corporate reputation team, focusing on technology and consumer sectors.

In Chicago, Verve has appointed Gina Gapp as research and consulting director, with a focus on key accounts and new business development. Gapp joins the company from Maru, where she was vice-president of consumer goods and services.

Also in the Chicago team, Erik Moses has joined as associate director. Moses was previously research and design manager at PDT. At Verve, he will be responsible for expanding the Ignite proposition in the US, following its global launch earlier in 2022.

Additionally, in Sydney, Lauren Irwin has been appointed as senior consultant. Irwin has previously held roles at Consulting by Kantar and Lucid.

Andrew Cooper, founder and chief executive at Verve, said: “We’re proud to welcome such a talented group to the team, particularly against the backdrop of what is a very challenging recruitment market.”
