Verve launches AI tool
The offer, ‘Ignite AI’, will scan and summarise unstructured data from sources including social media, images, reviews and campaign creatives.
It is based on Verve’s psychological framework, a set of universal values to explain behaviour, needs and expectations.
The tool is the most recent development from Ignite@Verve, a research innovation team launched by Verve last year.
Kelly McKnight, executive director and Ignite lead (pictured), said: “Ignite AI is another powerful addition to our toolkit, getting us beyond asking people questions, to land on truly holistic insights for our clients.”
