Vision Critical hires industry veteran to lead global HR push
Cravens has worked in HR for a number of research agencies and has been hired by Vision Critical chairman Angus Reid to “help us attract the industry’s best talent, and to allign our talent development and organisational design initiatives with our strategic plans.”
He was senior vice president for HR North America at Synovate North America between May and December 2011 and held similar senior roles at Kinetic Concepts and Nielsen. Cravens began his career as a mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities attorney with Sidley Austin in Chicago and Tokyo.
Earlier this week, Vision Critical announced a $20m investment from OMERS Ventures, the venture capital investment arm of Canadian pension funds giant OMERS.
