Vox Pops International to be employee owned
Vox Pops International said it had been looking for ways to secure its long-term future while also ensuring people who work for the company benefit.
The company, which was set up in 1988, has set up an employee ownership trust to manage the shift to becoming an employee-owned firm.
Vox Pops International is based in Epsom, Surrey and operates in the UK and worldwide. The company has an in-house animation facility.
Several research firms have recently opted for employee ownership, such as BritainThinks, DJS Research and The Nursery.
