WPP buys further comScore shares
The transactions took place at the end of December last year:
- On Tuesday, December 29, WPP bought 60,000 shares of comScore stock at an average price of $42.09 per share, for a total transaction of $2,525, 400
- On Monday, December 28, WPP bought 60,000 shares of comScore stock at an average price of $41.32 per share, for a total transaction of $2,479,200
- On Thursday, December 24, WPP bought 54,206 shares of comScore stock at an average price of $40.88 per share, for a total transaction of $2,215,941.28
- On Tuesday, December 22, WPP bought 84,913 shares of comScore stock at an average price of $38.57 per share, for a total transaction of $3,275,094.41
- On Friday, December 18, WPP bought 120,000 shares of comScore stock at an average price of $38.56 per share, for a total transaction of $4,627,200.00.
In February of last year, WPP acquired a total stake in comScore of between 15-20%, and comScore announced a strategic alliance with WPP-owned Kantar as a result.
