Xaxis buys Triad Retail Media
Triad works with clients in the e-commerce arena by helping large retailers to turn their websites and apps into advertising platforms – so helping marketers better reach and engage consumers while they shop online.
Triad’s gross revenues were more than $500 million for the year ended December 31, 2015 with net revenues in excess of $120m. Its clients include Walmart, Sam’s Club, eBay, Toys ‘R’ Us, Kohl’s and Asda Stores.
The company was founded in 2004 and currently employs almost 700 people. Its headquarters are in St. Petersburg, Florida with other offices including London, Sydney, Hamburg and Amsterdam.
