Zappi and Woxi agree strategic partnership
The agreement will see Woxi’s sales forecasting capabilities integrated with Zappi’s agile innovation system to use consumer insights and predictive analytics to understand sentiment and anticipate business outcomes.
The partnership has already had a global pilot with PepsiCo, and Zappi will now extend the partnership to its broader customer base.
Steve Phillips, co-founder and chief executive officer at Zappi, said: “Agile research methods have shown to deliver success rates four to six times higher than traditional linear methods.
