Zappi sales rise by a third
Zappi said that it had made $50m sales in 2021, which was up more than a third from 2020.
The company added that it had recruited more than 100 new employees in the past 12 months across departments including sales, customer success, engineering, data science and research.
In 2022, Zappi said it would be fully focused on software-as-a-service, and has already released a predictive advertising model and macro insights reporting tools this year.
Steve Phillips, chief executive officer at Zappi, said: “We have invested significantly in our technology and talent over the past few years.
“The fact that Zappi is growing and has nearly zero churn in our top 100 accounts proves that clients are seeing the benefit of this investment.”
