NatCen’s Guy Goodwin talks 50 years of social research
NatCen was founded 50 years ago by Roger Jowell and Gerald Hoinville as the Social and Community Planning Research (SCPR). In the intervening years it has led on social and public policy research. Its current chief executive, Guy Goodwin, talks about the changes in research methodology as well as the most important ways society has changed in half a century.
