Accenture buys Mindcurv
The acquisition adds around 700 employees to Accenture’s creative agency Accenture Song, with expertise including data and AI.
Headquartered in Essen, Germany, Mindcurv specialises in composable software (systems that are designed to be modular and interoperable), digital engineering and commerce services.
Founded in 2011, the company is a member of the MACH Alliance and works with European clients in sectors including manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. It offers digital experience services solving core business challenges.
Accenture Song will expand its commerce services through the deal.
The terms of the acquisition from private equity investment firms Genui and Primepulse have not been disclosed.
