Alida launches CX and insights platform
‘Alida CXM’ will allow clients to access customer insights and manage customer experiences using the same platform.
The service now includes surveys and a rule engine, which triggers actions such as automated emails based on specific survey responses.
The company has also updated its platform to include Alida Analytics, which can be used to create and customise dashboards to summarise profile variable data.
Earlier this year, Vision Critical secured US$20m in growth funding from Vistara Capital Partners.
Riaz Raihan, president of products at Alida, said the platform would allow the company’s customers to “manage, monitor, and optimise millions of customer experiences”.
