Alida partners with EchoMR

CANADA – Customer experience and insights company Alida, formerly Vision Critical, has accepted market research firm EchoMR into its partner network.

The two companies will work together within the Alida Partner Network on customer experience and insights delivery through Alida’s CXM and Insights Platform.

The partner network provides companies with access to Alida’s software and advice to help expand customer experience services. Other firms in the Alida Partner network include Maru/Matchbox, Potentiate and Voxpopme.
