Analytics firm iKnowtion bought by TeleTech
TeleTech CEO Ken Tuchman said the acquisition taps into the “accelerating need” among companies for “data analytics expertise to enable smarter, more effective business decisions”.
“Companies that successfully leverage real-time consumer insights have the ability to create more personalised and profitable relationships with their customers,” he aded.
iKnowtion, which was founded in 1999, works with companies on data analytics projects designed to generate consumer demand, increase share of wallet and optimise sales and marketing channels. Clients are predominantly in the automotive, financial services, retail and consumer goods sectors.
