Grady (pictured) was previously business development and operations director at Fiorente Global.
Prior to that, she spent 10 years as managing director at All Global Viewing.

Ardent, founded in 2013 and based in Hertfordshire, initially began as a specialist business-to-business recruiter. In the past 10 years, the company has extended to cover consumer and healthcare fieldwork across qual and quant.
