Beesy appoints three new hires

US – New Jersey-based applied behavioural insights agency Beesy has expanded its team with three appointments.

The company has appointed Brian O’Hara (pictured) as vice-president of business development. O’Hara was most recently vice-president of account management at GLG.

Trisha Nagpal and Anushka Bhansali have joined Beesy as behavioural associates.

Nagpal has worked in behavioural and strategy cross-functional teams with financial service, technology, and retail clients. She founded a student-led behavioral insights team at university while studying sociology.

Bhansali was previously a research assistant at The Wharton School and recently graduated in  behavioural and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.

Elys Roberts, founder and chief executive, Beesy, said: “Our mission is to leverage rigorous science to deliver improved commercial outcomes for companies in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries.

“It is our goal to always continue to build on and deliver that mission, and I’m delighted Brian, Trisha, and Anushka have joined us to further our cause.”
