Behaviorally appoints VP client development

US – Shopper marketing consultancy Behaviorally has hired Cindy O’Flanagan as vice-president of client development at its New York-based practice, headed by newly named senior vice-president Jeff Haselum.

With over 25 years’ experience, O’Flanagan (pictured) brings extensive client-side experience.

She has held leadership roles at Edgewell Personal Care, The Dannon Company, L’Oreal USA and Coty Beauty among others, as well as having worked with brands such as L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Playtex Sport and Carefree.
