Behaviorally opens Sydney office

AUSTRALIA – Behavioural and digital insights company Behaviorally has appointed Lauren Kurensky as director, client development, to lead a new office in Sydney.

Kurensky (pictured) joins the company from Shadow Wolves Insights to Action, a retail, shopper and customer experience research business she co-founded in 2016. She has previously held roles at Research International and TNS.

At Behaviorally, Kurensky will work alongside vice-president Liam Gilbert, who runs the Melbourne office, which was opened in early 2022 when the company expanded its operations to Australia.

The launch in Sydney with Kurensky’s appointment is part of the company’s global expansion, which has included recent launches in the US, Latin America, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the UK and Europe.

Crispin Beale, group president at Behaviorally, said: “Lauren has a wealth of experience of knowledge, having worked both on agency and client side. With her passion for finding stories in data and understanding consumer behaviour, she will be a wonderful addition to our team to support our strategic vision.”
