Behaviorally hires previous exec as VP of consultancy

US – Francesca Sussman, formerly a consultant at Behaviorally, has rejoined the consumer marketing insight business as vice-president of its TransactionPath consultancy.

Francesca Sussman

Sussman spent five years at PRS In Vivo before the US arm of the company was acquired by Alcentra in January 2021, becoming Behaviorally. She then left the business in 2022 to go freelance.

Behaviorally has appointed Sussman as vice-president of TransactionPath consultancy, the company’s set of consultancy services focused on customers’ path-to-purchase.

Prior to PRS In Vivo, Sussman held various research manager roles at Nielsen.

Behaviorally’s group president, Crispin Beale, said: “Francesca has had a long and successful career at Behaviorally, partnering with some of our most valuable clients in Asia and the US. She is now coming back to help build our TransactionPath consultancy due to customer demand and assist clients clarifying the path-to-purchase and decision drivers to better understand the key moments that influence consumer choice.”
